Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Any Additional Toppings (Optional)
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a small bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- As the egg mixture begins to set, use a spatula to gently move the edges of the omelette to the center, allowing the uncooked egg to flow to the outside of the skillet.
- Once the egg mixture is mostly set, add any additional toppings to one side of the omelette (optional).
- Carefully fold the omelette over and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Slide the omelette onto a plate, cut in half, and serve.
