1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions
In a food processor or blender, add the oats, dates, nuts, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is crumbly.
Add the coconut oil and pulse until everything is combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
If using, add the chopped dark chocolate and pulse until combined.
Scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
