- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the chocolate chips, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix until just combined.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 12x16-inch rectangle. Cut the dough into 12 strips, each 1-inch wide.
- Roll each strip up tightly into a pinwheel shape and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
