Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cream cheese, and softened butter. Spread into cooled pie crust.
  5. In a medium saucepan, heat cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
