Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and cold milk. Beat until thick and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and mix until combined.
  3. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer half of the graham crackers on the bottom. Pour the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Top with the remaining graham crackers.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt together the butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Enjoy!
