Ingredients
- 2 cups of cereal of your choice (rice, corn, etc.)
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal and chocolate chips.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add corn syrup and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal and chocolate chips, stirring to combine.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into rolls.
