Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Spread the almond butter evenly onto one of the slices of bread.
  2. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and honey onto the almond butter.
  3. Top with the sliced almonds.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top of the sandwich.
  5. Cook the sandwich in a preheated skillet over medium heat until golden brown and the chocolate chips have melted.
  6. Slice the sandwich in half and enjoy!
