Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Pour the lemon sauce over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Serve warm.
