Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Pour the lemon sauce over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  6. Serve warm.
