Ingredients
- 2 Lobsters (1 1/2 lbs each)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise with kitchen shears. Remove the vein from the tail and discard.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each lobster with the cheese mixture. Arrange the lobsters in a large baking dish. Pour the wine over the lobsters.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
