Ingredients
2 Lobsters (1 1/2 lbs each)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise with kitchen shears. Remove the vein from the tail and discard.
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stuff each lobster with the cheese mixture. Arrange the lobsters in a large baking dish. Pour the wine over the lobsters.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the lobster meat is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
