Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bulgur wheat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small patties and place in an oven-safe baking dish.
Drizzle the olive oil over the patties and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve hot with a side of pickles, tomatoes and/or onions.
