Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bulgur wheat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties and place in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the patties and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of pickles, tomatoes and/or onions.
