- 1 lb scallops

Directions
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the scallops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the scallops are cooking, combine the papaya, red onion, lime juice, honey, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Stir until combined and set aside.
- Once the scallops are cooked, remove from the skillet and place on a plate.
- Add the papaya sauce to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the sauce over the scallops and top with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
