Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Punch the dough down, turn out onto a floured surface, and form into a round loaf. Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Brush the loaf with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
