Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in cheese, chives, and dill and mix together.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, milk, and egg.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
