Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
