Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in cheese, chives, and dill and mix together.
- In a separate bowl, mix together butter, milk, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
