Ingredients
2 whole wheat pita breads
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup diced zucchini

Directions

To assemble the pitas, place the roasted vegetables into each pita, and top with crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle with tahini and serve.
