Ingredients
- 1 package of dried noodles
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, and cilantro.
- Add the noodles to the bowl and mix until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve chilled.
