Ingredients
1 package of dried noodles
1/4 cup of tahini
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
In a medium bowl, mix together the tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, and cilantro.
Add the noodles to the bowl and mix until combined.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve chilled.
