- 1 package tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and cook according to the package directions.
- Stir in black beans, corn, and salsa.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, followed by half of the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
