- 2 chicken breasts

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Pour in the heavy cream and butter. Stir to combine and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring to coat with the sauce.
- Serve the chicken with the mushrooms and sauce.
