Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the prosciutto and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and butter. Stir to combine and cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring to coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve the chicken with the mushrooms and sauce.
