Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Rub the mixture onto the roast.
- Place the roast in an oven-safe baking dish and pour the beef broth over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove the foil and continue to roast for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
