Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour honey mustard glaze over the top and turn to coat.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling and lightly browned.
