Ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika

8 flour tortillas

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Lay out 8 flour tortillas. Divide chicken mixture evenly among them. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll up and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine avocado, sour cream, cilantro, green onion, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Serve chimichangas with avocado sauce.
