Ingredients
4 rockfish fillets
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, onion, celery, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Place rockfish fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spoon the stuffing onto each fillet, dividing evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
Meanwhile, heat cream, wine, and parsley in a saucepan over medium heat until sauce is hot and bubbly.
Serve rockfish with cream sauce.
