- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
