- 1 (16-ounce) box elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef along with the garlic and onion. Cook until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is translucent.
- Add the chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.
- Add the beef broth and diced tomatoes to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir in the elbow macaroni and reduce the heat to low. Allow the mixture to simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the macaroni is tender and the liquid has thickened, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese. Serve the goulash hot.
