Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed Italian or French bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread cubes, butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
