Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of Broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add Broccolini and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Serve warm.
