1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix well, then shape into a loaf on a greased baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and brown sugar. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
