In a small saucepan, combine the blackberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the blackberries are soft and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes.
In a blender, combine the blackberry mixture, lime juice, gin, and tonic water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
