Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Drain the tofu and cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the tofu cubes. Mix to coat the tofu.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the egg-coated tofu cubes to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping the cubes occasionally to get an even browning.
  5. Add the sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve with your favorite side dish!
