Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
Add the cumin, smoked paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the chard and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the chard is wilted.
Serve hot.
