In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Stir in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes, or until center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
