Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, melted butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
