Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, melted butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
