Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the zucchini, vanilla, and walnuts. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
