Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the bell pepper and ground beef and cook until the beef is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, diced tomatoes, and black beans and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the peanut butter and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
