2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Add the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from the heat, fluff with a fork, and serve, garnished with the cilantro leaves.
