Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the grated carrots, butter, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder.
- Mix the carrot mixture into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the souffle comes out clean.
