- 14 ounces caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon for rolling.
- Take half of the dough and press it evenly into the prepared baking pan.
