Ingredients
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the instant coffee granules. Stir until the coffee is fully dissolved.
- Return the saucepan to low heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
