Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread, cut into cubes
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the raisins, almonds, walnuts, and coconut over the top of the bread pudding.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
