Ingredients

  • 3 (15-ounce) cans of mixed fruit, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of biscuits, cut into fourths
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the drained canned fruits, melted butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture evenly into the greased pie plate.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the biscuit pieces, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle the biscuit mixture over the top of the fruit mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the biscuit mixture.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
