Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
- 8 slices of white bread
- 8 lettuce leaves
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, garlic powder, black pepper and dried parsley.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Spread the chicken salad evenly over four slices of bread.
- Top with lettuce leaves and remaining slices of bread.
- Cut into halves and serve.
