Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the zucchini slices to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping once, until lightly browned and tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
