Ingredients
1 banana per person
Marshmallows
Chocolate (chopped or chips)
Ice cream toppings of your choice (sprinkles, nuts, whipped cream, etc.)
Directions
Slice a banana lengthwise, leaving the peel on.
Place the banana in an aluminum foil pouch.
Fill the banana with marshmallows and chopped chocolate.
Wrap the pouch tightly and place it on the campfire coals.
Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
Carefully remove the pouch from the fire and let cool for a few minutes.
Unwrap and top your banana split with ice cream toppings of your choice.
