In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour into cooled crust. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, ½ cup sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour over cheesecake. Bake 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
Cover and chill 8 hours. Garnish with fresh blueberries, if desired. Enjoy!
