Ingredients

  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay prosciutto slices out on the parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  5. Once prosciutto is done baking, remove from oven and let cool.
  6. Once cooled, spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each slice of prosciutto.
  7. Fold the prosciutto over the cheese mixture and press down to form a cup. Place back onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
