Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, tomato and onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
