Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread frozen tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine buffalo wing sauce and cooked, shredded chicken, stirring to coat.
- Spread chicken mixture over the crispy tater tots.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
