Ingredients

  • 2 Portobello Mushroom Caps
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1/4 cup Celery, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  3. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the Portobello mushroom caps to the skillet.
  5. Stir and cook for 5 minutes, flipping the mushrooms halfway through.
  6. Serve the Portobello mushroom caps and veggies warm. Enjoy!
