Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken broth, celery, carrots, chicken, and buffalo sauce and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
