Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruits, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the grapefruit halves on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the light brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves.
  4. Sprinkle the spiced sugar mixture evenly over the grapefruit halves.
  5. Broil the grapefruit halves for 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is melted and bubbly.
