Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  4. Stir in the sunflower seeds. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
